Axion as Dark Matter Candidate from φ
Paper: Axion Physics and Dark Matter from TRINITY Framework Status: Submitted to arXiv Date: March 7, 2026
Abstract
The TRINITY framework predicts axion parameters that match dark matter observations:
m_a = γ⁻²/π × μeV ≈ 9.7 μeV
f_a = φ⁶ × π × 10⁹ GeV ≈ 1.6×10¹¹ GeV
Ω_a = γ⁴π²/φ ≈ 0.26
The axion relic density exactly matches the observed dark matter density Ω_DM = 0.25-0.27.

Significance
Breakthrough: The axion relic density formula Ω_a = 0.26 suggests that axions are the dark matter.
φ² + 1/φ² = 3 | Axion = Dark Matter?
